Meet your piercer

Hi, I’m Erika Gomez and I have been piercing since 2003. I have truly dedicated my entire adult life to piercing, having lived in 5 different states to work as a piercer. I’ve also traveled extensively as a guest piercer working at APP studios all over the US . This has allowed me to work with piercers of varying skill levels to develop and improve my techniques over the last 20 years. 

I have used this experience to help advance the piercing community through education,  teaching industry professionals at conferences for the APP in the United States, the LBP in Mexico, and the GEP in Brazil.

I am also a graduate of the GIA Jewelry Design & Technology Program and currently design for my jewelry company Orthodox Jewelry. This allows me to travel all over the globe sharing my designs but also to bring back the best new jewelry for you to wear! You will always find new and exclusive jewelry brands and designs in store!

When I am in San Diego and not at the studio, you will likely find me at the beach or at the park with my dog Chevron Black, or Chevy for short!
